This new structure allows for increased building size and the architectural flexibility to create nearly any door, window or wall combination. The barrel roof design of JTS Modular’s building is unique for modular buildings. JTS started from the ground up and developed a design offering an all-steel structure with concrete floors. From here the pallet is set to incorporate sustainable technologies such as solar voltaic, energy saving variable flow refrigeration systems, day lighting and natural ventilation. By adding site adoption measures and total project development, additional points can be added so that a Platinum Certified level can be obtained.

The ultimate in affordable, renewable energy systems is now available through JTS Modular. As a factory authorized direct designer and installer of PV solar panels, inverters and components, our solar option is offered on all of our new modular buildings and is available as a retrofit on previously delivered structures. Our system is a Direct-to-Grid system that supplements your utility needs during occupancy or banks your extra energy by returning it to the grid.

Another innovation design by JTS Modular, our termite-resistant model incorporates a number of special features, such as treated plywood, metal roof, 150# floor loading and a non-combustible rating guarantees you that there will be no free lunch… for termites at least.
