Kerman - Goldenrod Elementary
Project Timeline: April 2011 to August 2011

Project scope: Manufacture and Install nearly 60,000sf of Elementary School Buildings, including: (1) 8,000sf Administration/Library, (4) Classroom wings consisting of (36) 32’ x 30’ classrooms and (4) 32’ x 30’ restrooms, (1) Kindergarten with 4 classrooms, (1) 10,000sf Multipurpose.

Grimmway Academy
Project Timeline: April 2011 to July 2011

Project scope:
Manufacture and Install 29,500sf of Elementary School Buildings, including: 2160sf Administration Office, 3600sf Library /Computer Lab, 1440sf Restroom buildings, 14200sf Classrooms, 4160sf Kitchens, 3600sf Multi-Purpose and 960sf of Storage space.

Delano Dental Clinic
Project Timeline: January 2006 to March 2006

Scope of work: This is a 2,000 sq. ft. medical facility primarily used as a dental clinic. It has a four patient rooms, offices, waiting room and extensive support elements which includes med gas, vacuum system, Medicine storage areas.

Federal Inspection Facility
Project Timeline: November 2005 to April 2005

Scope of work: The project objective was to design and manufacture a 12,300 sq. ft. Federal Inspection Facility. The unique design of this building allowed for a structure to provide a 72’ clear span in the queuing area and luggage pickup area which is the largest clear span in conventional modular construction. The project included holding cells and level I Security specifications.

Oro Grande and Riverside Prep
Project Timeline: Phase I   March 2007 to July 2007
                                Phase II  March 2008 to July 2008

Scope of work: Both of these phases were basically a design build type projects with modular buildings set on pressure treated wood foundations. The school district inherited and adjoining park from the city and converted it into a community school using JTS Modular buildings. In four months a park was converted into a fully functional school.

Wasco Union High School
Project Timeline: August 2006 to Sept 2008.

Scope of work: JTS Construction was the General Contractor to provide site work for the addition of 9 modular classrooms and 1 modular bathroom manufactured by JTS Modular. The scope included site demolition, underground utilities, wrought iron fencing, masonry, grading and excavation, concrete foundations, chain link fencing, landscaping, asphalt parking lot paving and striping, concrete flatwork, and building fire alarm.

Taft Media Centers
Project Timeline: January 2005 to November 2005

Scope of work: The project involved the construction of Five (5) 60’ x 108’ modular library and media centers. The buildings included cabinetry, restrooms, librarian desk, and workrooms. The site work included concrete stem wall foundations, vents, and access holes.

Inyo County Education Office

6,200 s/f Design / Build Administration Building

Kingsburg High School
This building features all concrete floors, vandal resistant bathroom panels, 960 sq/ft of floor space, kitchen, concrete foundation, and much more. The lifespan of this building is at least as long, if not longer, than a site built building. The materials and workmanship far exceed state standards required by DSA.
